We're so excited for your troop or service unit to visit Jockey Hollow!

Below are a few pointers to help with the reservation process:

  • Use the calendar feature on the left to start the reservation process.
  • Add the # of nights or day you want the reservation below the calendar.
  • Click "more" under each activity name for pricing, additional details, as well as pictures.  
  • When reserving camp activities, like archery, challenge course, etc., use the drop-down menu above the calendar to select “Camp Activities”.
  • When asked to log in, please create a username & password if this is the first time you are making a camp reservation on this site. The username & password established for our membership and program registration systems do not translate to this system. You can set up the username & password to be the same, but you must set up a profile first.
  • Reservations are available between 30 days prior to the date and up to 6 months in advance.  Activities will appear "not available" when trying to register more than 6 months in advance, the date is less than 30 days away or the date is already reserved by another group or for a program activity. Please email customercare@gsnnj.org if the date desired is less than 30 days away to check availability. 
  • At the time of reservation, a 30% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. Please read your confirmation carefully as there are links with directions, forms & maps, as well as additional information that must be submitted prior to your event date. 
  • Final payments are due no later than 30 days prior to your reservation date or you can choose the Auto-pay option and your payment will be automatically processed on the final payment due date.
  • Any changes to your reservation counts, dates, etc. must be approved by the Outdoor Program Manager and changed back office by emailing customercare@gsnnj.org.  
  • Camp activities for encampments (40 or more girls/activity) can be pro-rated for 1hr. sessions.  Contact customercare@gsnnj.org for specific details on booking.
